Overview: Bandana Square, which first served as a train depot, was first repurposed as a multi-use space for retail businesses and other small businesses. In this renovation, the old train depot is being converted into a health services clinic that will house office space and patient exam rooms. On the second floor, Acousti-Mat II topped with Gyp-Crete 2000/3.2K was installed to help reduce the floor/ceiling sound transmission to the timber frame. On the first floor, Gyp-Crete 2000/3.2K was poured to fill the areas where the track had been and to provide a smooth surface. In certain areas, leveling pegs we utilized to achieve specified leveling criteria.
