Regional Representative - Mike Green and Steve Ivester

When you choose Maxxon, not only do you choose high quality products backed by documented research, you also choose our network of expert applicators and support staff who are ready to provide you with top notch service.  At the core of this network are your Maxxon Southeast Regional Representatives, Mike Green and Steve Ivester.

Mike and Steve work together to provide the southeast with comprehensive customer service.  From leading a continuing education luncheon, to working with architects to determine the right underlayment and sound control solution for a project, to lending a hand at the job site, Mike and Steve provide their expertise throughout every phase of the project.

Since 1984 when Mike joined Maxxon, he has encountered nearly every floor challenge imaginable, making him an excellent pre- and mid-pour resource.  Mike knows how to identify potential pitfalls and what to specify to make sure every job goes smoothly and achieves the intended end-result.  During the installation Mike is on hand to make sure the application runs smoothly and quickly, whether his help is needed breaking bags of underlayment or putting the finishing touches on a freshly poured floor.  When not working, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and fishing.

Steve has been working with Maxxon products since 1980 when Maxxon was still known as Gyp-Crete Corporation. His area of expertise is assisting architects and general contractors in identifying the best solutions for their projects.  You can generally find Steve out and about in the Southeast providing technical and sales training, hosting continuing education presentations and assisting Maxxon applicators at their job sites.   In his free time, Steve likes to play golf, fish, and spend time with his family.
