Overview: When the Holden Building in Minneapolis’ warehouse district was repurposed as a 120-unit apartment building, a variety of Maxxon products were used to provide the space with sound control, a smooth surface, and the polished concrete-look that is popular in modern lofts. Gyp-Crete 2000/3.2K was poured over concrete to eliminate dips. Acousti-Mat I was installed for added sound control. Nearly half of the space also features Commercial Topping topped with Thermal-Chem, giving the space the look of polished concrete.
