Overview: In this remarkable renovation, a floor of office space was added to the top of a shopping mall. The roof deck was stripped and Dura-Cap was poured to level the surface and prepare it for the installation of 13" EPS board. After the EPS board was installed, another layer of Dura-Cap was poured at a depth of 2".
