Overview: Block 38 Redevelopment is a mixed-use building that will offer retail space, onsite parking, and housing in one location. This 10 story building is the first high-rise structure to be built in Lincoln, NE, in over 20 years.

Acousti-Mat II and Gyp-Crete 2000/3.2K were installed in the living space located on the top two floors of this concrete slab over steel deck construction project. To pump in the Gyp-Crete 2000/3.2K, Stephens & Smith hard-piped from the ground level to the 8th floor and then used a 1-1/2" hose to pump throughout the 9th and 10th floors.
