Acousti-Mat® I Maxxon Green Mark
The new economical solution for both new floors and retrofit where floor height is a concern.  Acousti-Mat I maintains a low 3/16” (5 mm) profile and requires only a ¾” Maxxon underlayment pour depth, while increasing STC up to 12 points when compared to a bare wood frame system.  Acousti-Mat I is always a “green” building material with 40% pre-consumer recycled content and is GREENGUARD Gold Certified.

Acousti-Mat® II

The low-profile sound control system. Increases IIC levels up to 10 points over wood frame, and up to 20 points over concrete. Increases STC rating 6-15 points over bare wood frame system. Acousti-Mat II is always a "green" building material with 40% pre-consumer recycled content and is GREENGUARD Gold Certified.

Acousti-MatĀ® II

Acousti-Mat® II HP Maxxon Green Mark
A breakthrough in sound control, Acousti-Mat II HP takes the proven sound reduction of Acousti-Mat's floating floor technology and adds an additional layer of noise control. With a nominal 5/16" height, the mat requires only a 1" topping. Considered a "green" building material, the core of Acousti-Mat II HP is composed of 40% pre-consumer recycled content.

Enkasonic Sound Control

The original sound control mat. Increases IIC levels up to 12 points over wood frame, and up to 20 points over concrete. Increases STC rating 6-15 points over bare wood frame system. Enkasonic HP Sound Control

The original sound control mat just got better. EnkasonicĀ® HP provides added impact noise control with an added layer of high performance acoustical fabric. Enkasonic HP increases the IIC levels of the floor/ceiling assembly by up to 19 points over wood frame construction and up to 25 points over concrete construction. Considered a "green" building material, Enkasonic HP is composed of 40% pre-consumer recycled content.

For super sound control even in open beam, concrete slab and conventional wood frame floor systems. Increases IIC levels up to 17 points over wood frame, and up to 25 points over concrete. Acousti-Mat® SD Acousti-Mat® SD Maxxon Green Mark
Acousti‑Mat SD is designed to fit the flutes of 9/16" - 2 1/2" o.c. 22 gauge corrugated steel deck, opening corrugated steel deck projects to any floor good, not just "quiet" carpet and pad. Acousti-Mat SD requires only one underlayment pour, reducing project time to completion. Acousti-Mat SD is a "green" building material with 40% pre-consumer recycled content and is GREENGUARD Gold Certified.
Acousti-Mat® LP

Acousti-Mat® LP
Acousti‑Mat LP can be attached to a concrete subfloor, then topped with a Maxxon Underlayment.  The Acousti‑Mat LP is permanently encased in the underlayment, so when the floor goods are changed the sound control system remains intact. Acousti-Mat LP can also be installed directly on the concrete subfloor, or on top of a Maxxon Underlayment in wood or steel frame construction for additional sound control and floor flatness.

Acousti-Mat® LPR

Acousti-Mat® LPR Maxxon Green Mark
Acousti‑Mat LPR is an entangled mesh attached to a unique blend of polymeric fibers of various shapes and sizes. Requiring only a 3/4" gypsum underlayment topping, Acousti-Mat LPR is loose-laid over a wood subfloor, then topped with the underlayment for a low-profile sound control option. Acousti-Mat LPR is always a "green" building material with 40% pre-consumer recycled content.
