Gyp-Crete®

Gyp-Crete 2000®/3.2 K
Achieving strengths up to 3200 psi, designed for use in single family and light commercial construction. Also ideal for renovation projects. Gyp-Crete 2000/3.2K is always a "green" building material and is GREENGUARD Children & Schools Certified.

Therma-Floor®
Designed specifically for radiant floor heating systems. Use over hot water tubes or electric cables. Provides the ideal thermal mass, plus fire and sound control. Therma-Floor is always a "green" building material and is GREENGUARD Children & Schools Certified.

Dura-Cap® Flooring
Ideal for smoothing concrete slabs or precast planks in new or renovation projects. Covers old floor coverings, including vinyl asbestos tile. It can be poured from 3 inches deep to a featheredge. Compressive strengths up to 4,000 psi (27.6 MPa). Dura-Cap is always a "green" building material and is GREENGUARD Children & Schools Certified.

Commercial Topping®
Poured from a featheredge to 3", in new construction or renovation projects. Achieves compressive strengths of 4000 to 4500 psi and pours over VAT, VCT, terrazzo or ceramic, with no shotblasting required. Commercial Topping is always a "green" building material and is GREENGUARD Children & Schools Certified.

Level-Right®
A specially formulated, high-strength, cementitious underlayment that can handle any floor leveling challenge - without shotblasting or scarifying. With compressive strengths up to 5,500 psi (38 MPa), it is the perfect solution for problem floors in large projects or for small repair jobs. Level-Right is always a "green" building material and is GREENGUARD Children & Schools Certified.

Level-Right® PLUS
Ideal for thin or thick topping applications over concrete. Levels, smooths and repairs, all with superior speed and a high-strength set. It's the superior solution for 0-1½" (0-38 mm) thick or thin-topping applications. Dries fast to keep your job on schedule. Level-Right PLUS contains recycled content.

Level-Right® FS-10
Ideal for thin-topping, 0 - 3/8" (0-10 mm) applications over concrete. Provides a smooth, level new surface that dries fast to keep your job on schedule, and to allow for placement of floor goods soon after application. Attains up to 7200 psi (50 MPa). Level-Right FS-10 contains recycled content.

Level-Right® WearTop
When old or damaged concrete floors need a second life, Level-Right WearTop provides a new, smooth wear surface - fast. Get the look and strength of new construction, with less time and lower cost.

Level-Right® FeatherEdge
Level-Right^® FeatherEdge is a specially formulated, fast setting, polymer-modified portland cement based patching compound. Mixed with water, it is used for patching over all gypsum underlayments, wood and concrete subfloors. It can be used as an embossing leveler over vinyl, VCT, cement, terrazzo and old adhesives.

Acousti-Mat® I
The new economical solution for both new floors and retrofit where floor height is a concern.  Acousti-Mat I maintains a low 3/16” (5 mm) profile and requires only a ¾” Maxxon underlayment pour depth, while increasing STC up to 12 points when compared to a bare wood frame system.  Acousti-Mat I is always a “green” building material with 40% pre-consumer recycled content and is GREENGUARD Children & Schools Certified.

Acousti-Mat® II
The low-profile sound control system. Increases IIC levels up to 10 points over wood frame, and up to 20 points over concrete. Increases STC rating 6-15 points over bare wood frame system. Acousti-Mat II is always a "green" building material with 40% pre-consumer recycled content and is GREENGUARD Children & Schools Certified.

Enkasonic® Sound Control
The original sound control mat. Increases IIC levels up to 12 points over wood frame, and up to 20 points over concrete. Increases STC rating 6-15 points over bare wood frame system. Enkasonic is always a "green" building material with 40% pre-consumer recycled content and is GREENGUARD Children & Schools Certified.

Acousti-Mat® 3
For super sound control even in open beam, concrete slab and conventional wood frame floor systems. Increases IIC levels up to 17 points over wood frame, and up to 25 points over concrete. Increases STC rating 6-15 points over bare wood frame system. Acousti-Mat 3 is always a "green" building material with 40% pre-consumer recycled content and is GREENGUARD Children & Schools Certified.

Acousti-Mat® LP
Acousti‑Mat LP can be attached to a concrete subfloor, then topped with a Maxxon Underlayment.  The Acousti‑Mat LP is permanently encased in the underlayment, so when the floor goods are changed the sound control system remains intact. Acousti-Mat LP can also be installed directly on the concrete subfloor, or on top of a Maxxon Underlayment in wood or steel frame construction for additional sound control and floor flatness.

Acousti-Mat® LPR
Acousti‑Mat LPR is an entangled mesh attached to a unique blend of polymeric fibers of various shapes and sizes. Requiring only a 3/4" gypsum underlayment topping, Acousti-Mat LPR is loose-laid over a wood subfloor, then topped with the underlayment for a low-profile sound control option. Acousti-Mat LPR is always a "green" building material with 40% pre-consumer recycled content.

Maxxon® DPM (Damp Proof Membrane)
Maxxon DPM (Damp Proof Membrane) is a unique 2-component, moisture tolerant, high density, chemically enhanced epoxy product which prevents the passage of water vapor and moisture through concrete floors and walls on or below grade.

Maxxon® MVP (Moisture Vapor Protection)
Maxxon MVP is a unique 2-component, moisture tolerant, low viscosity, solvent free, chemically enhanced epoxy based product which reduces the passage of water vapor and moisture through slabs on or below grade, thus eliminating delamination of adhesives, floor coverings and coatings

Maxxon® CSM (Crack Supression Mat)
When project conditions require reinforcement of the underlayment, New Maxxon CSM provides a cost-effective alternative to metal lath. Maxxon CSM is a "green" building material with 40% pre-consumer recycled content and is GREENGUARD Children & Schools Certified.

Mer-Krete^TM Fracture Guard 5000
Mer-Krete^TM Fracture Guard 5000  is a one step mold resistant anti-fracture membrane. Fracture-Guard 5000 may be installed over any sound Maxxon approved underlayment to receive ceramic, quarry, porcelain and stone tiles and is ideal for residential and commercial applications.  When installed in accordance with manufacturer's specifications, Fracture-Guard 5000 will inhibit cracking.
