Overview: The Landing, a waterfront living community on the shores of Lake Superior, was designed to enhance a healthy, community-oriented lifestyle. Maxxon’s “green” Acousti-Mat 3 and Gyp-Crete 2000/3.2K were selected to provide fire resistance and exceptional sound control for The Landing’s sustainable condominiums. Maxxon Reinforcement was used in place of traditional metal lath, saving on overall labor and material costs associated with the project.
