Overview: Silver Garden Apartments is a mixed-income, affordable housing, rental development that will provide new, much needed low-cost housing options to residents of downtown Albuquerque. It will service the widest tenant income mix possible, ranging from market-rate to very-low-income and previously homeless tenants. Silver Garden Apartments is designed to achieve a LEED® Gold certification. Maxxon's Gyp-Crete 2000/3.2K and Acousti-Mat II can help contribute points to this certification.
