Overview: Utilizing green building products like

Gyp-Crete 2000/3.2K, Serrano Lofts was
able to achieve LEED® project
certification. For added sound control,
one layer of Acousti-Mat 3 and Acousti-Mat were installed. Finished with saw
cut and polished Level-Right WearTop,
these lofts also showcase a modern
floor finish.
