Overview: The Chase Hotel, built in 1922, was THE destination for upscale business and leisure travelers. By the late 1980's, it had fallen into disrepair and shuttered its doors.
Years later, a developer saw the potential in the property and the $100 million renovation began. With almost 300,000 sq. ft. of Gyp-Crete 2000/3.2K to install over 28 stories, this project was a major undertaking for Level-Tech Systems...and they were up for the job.
