Scope: 

• 124,000 sq. ft. of Acousti-Mat LPR with 3/4" Maxxon Underlayment in hard surface areas
• 90,000 sq. ft. of 3/4" Maxxon Underlayment in carpeted areas


This project consisted of 5 3-story wood frame buildings. The finished floors are vinyl wood planks, which required the gypsum underlayment to be poured extremely flat. It was a fast track project; started in January with an April completion.
